What are the submission rules?
a) Should we only submit kernels developed using Codex?
b) Should we submit prompts and skills for Codex?
Can we use our own Codex forks with custom modifications to the harness for kernel development?
Same question, also what about custom MCPs? And meta-harnesses (ie a program running codex cli in a loop)?
The intro video makes it look like only custom skills and agent files are allowed.
