Add pipeline tag, library name, and paper link

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.

This PR improves the model card by adding relevant metadata and links:

Added pipeline_tag: text-classification to help users discover this model for evaluation/scoring tasks.
Added library_name: transformers to enable the "Use in Transformers" button and automated code snippets.
Updated the paper reference to link directly to the Hugging Face papers page.

These changes help make the model more discoverable and easier to use within the Hugging Face ecosystem.
