Add pipeline tag and improve documentation

Hi, I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face!

This PR improves the model card for OrthoReg by:

Explicitly defining the pipeline_tag: image-classification in the YAML metadata to ensure the model is correctly categorized on the Hub.
Adding the full author list to the documentation.
Maintaining all existing references to the paper, code, and dataset instructions provided in the original README.
