I think its time to start uploading your LTX stuff here. Question is, how do Huggingface view these things? CivitAI appears to be a no go, and with a mod literally saying that I2V may be in their scope, things arent looking good. I was also the one who put up a rather hesitant request for a better small breasts Lora for LTX 2 because I struggled with that in certain NSFW furry videos, if you remember. And even then, I had a feeling Civit was already eyeing you.
CivitAI is a circle jerk of mods who are constantly posting things that break their own ToS. And let's face facts... NSFW loras for Flux.2 Klein break the ToS as well. Look at Theally's post history. He posts images of himself and other mods all the time. He has several posts of girls that look underage. It is a joke. I cannot wait for another service to overtake them. I will still make your lora and post it to CivitAI. My new name on there is Duke_Silver. Please don't mention that it is me.
I wouldn't be surprised if they see its still you just based on the IP used. Ban evasions also lead to rather quick bans. Why still bother with CivitAi anyways? I doubt things will work out a 3rd time. Either way, be careful.
Mods with a keen eye might also recognize your style if you re-up all old Loras, as opposed to starting from scratch and keeping your other Loras here instead.
I am not reuploading anything. And they can't trace me by IP. I am not even in the same state I was two days ago. I operate on a virtual machine with a randomizing mac address and use a new vpn connection every day. They banned the last account (which I fully expected) because I called them out on their hypocritical bullshit. I meant what I said in the second Kermit video when I said that I just want my models to get to the people who want to use them. None of the other bullshit means anything. I will bother with CivitAI until the day that an equal or better alternative comes around... which should not be long considering the long, slow decline of Civit.

Alrighty. I hope it works out. I got the impression the recent ban happened for an actual, bannable offense which I couldn't personally defend either. Thing is, it's really hard to know what's going and at this point I don't care. I do get the impression the mods are a bit stiff, especially with regards to a recent Lora removal for K3NK where the guy had done nothing wrong and was willing to work with them, but the mod insisted the Lora be removed for dubious reasons. I posted about it on the StableDiffusion subreddit. Should be on the front page still.

A lot of K3nk's models (very specifically the ones for Flux.2 Klein DO BREAK the ToS. F.2 Klein is an image edit model by nature. If you create a model of a naked woman sucking a dick, you can turn a photograph of any man, woman or child into an AI image of that person sucking a dick. If a Wan2.2 or LTX model that creates a short video of a FICTIONAL character pulling up their shirt breaks the ToS, which it is established to be true, then all sexual or nudity related Klein models break the ToS. I don't give a shit where the line is drawn, but enforce it fairly... mods included.
Yeah I've actually warned some Lora makers about having guns in some showcase videos. Like in a recent Judy Hopps LTX lora... TheAlly did mention his pics of himself on Discord this evening and he essentially makes an exception for him and his boss because people know who they are and blah blah. They own the website. Not much can be done about it. It's best to just forget about it and not poke the bear.

Honestly. At this point I think it's best to avoid trouble, try to fly under the radar and simply apply every trick possible to get things through. No mention of how datasets are made, carefully selected showcase videos and images, possibly even no realistic ones at all and just let the users figure it out or something. If we pester mods and ask them to also remove X Y and Z then we all still lose. Not just our own Loras, but others too. And we are already on shaky ground. See the attached image.
