Licensing LTX-2.5 outputs as stock footage on Adobe Stock (Attachment A item 18)

Hi LTX team,

I am an individual creator (annual revenue well under $10M). I plan to generate video clips locally with LTX-2.5 under the LTX-2 Community License and license them as stock footage on Adobe Stock. Every clip will be clearly labeled as AI-generated, per Attachment A item 5.

Adobe states that contributor content may also be used for Adobe’s own generative AI. I want to make sure this does not conflict with Attachment A item 18 (training other ML models) or the definition of “Derivatives of LTX-2.”

Could you confirm whether submitting LTX-2.5 outputs to Adobe Stock (and similar stock agencies) is permitted under the Community License? If not, what would be needed (for example, a commercial license)?

Thank you!

Hi @ninenat2000 ,
Thanks for reaching out. Models trained on LTX Outputs may be treated as Derivatives of LTX-2.x, and Adobe would need its own Commercial Use Agreement for them. Attachment A item 18 also restricts using Outputs to train other models. So we can’t confirm that submitting to platforms that take AI-training rights is permitted, and we recommend using platforms that don’t use submissions for AI training.

Best,
LTX Team
